Amatan Chronicles
Many years after Ma and Pa were alive, two major tribes had been created. These tribes had been named after animals, and were created for people who liked the same types of things. The two tribes were the wolf tribe, and the snake tribe. As the tribes progressed, things became apparent between the two tribes.
The men and women in the wolf tribe were mostly scavengers who searched the land for plants and vegetables to eat. While the snake tribe had created a weapon that they had called the spear. They used the spear to defend themselves and hunt for animals so they could make warm clothes.
Soon after the spear had been created, a wise man thought of something very important after a man had gotten very angry at another man for not giving him a piece of fruit. The wise man thought of a problem that may occur in the future if not given proper thought in the present. The wise man put his mind to the matter immediately. He thought that if one were to get too angry about something, they may strike someone with a spear. This would be very dangerous, and also counterproductive. The man sought out a way that could possibly put an end to this problem, or at least control the problem for the moment, and preserve the safety of his people.
Then at last, an idea occurred to him. He could create some simple rules or laws for the people to follow. They could be rules that prohibited taking or hitting, and would have some type of punishment if one disregarded the rules. Depending on the importance of the rule, the tribe would decide on the punishment.
Then the wise man thought of one flaw in his plan. Who would decide the punishment if the whole tribe disregarded the rules. He laughed at the thought. That would be the day that the world falls apart.
