Thinkers
Adventure! The snake tribe and the wolf tribe had sent out a group of men and women to go out and try to find something new. Something helpful, or something beautiful, they didn’t care, they just wanted something new. They sent two hunters, three collectors, a creator, and and two thinkers. The hunters were there to keep the group safe. The collector were there to find food for the group. The creator was there to make spears if their spears broke. And the two thinkers were there to understand what thy had found, figure out what they could use it for, and decide if they would keep it.
So the group set off through the forest. The first interesting thing that they found was a new place. It had no trees, many plants, and spread out far until it was ended by more trees. They called this the field. There were many spotted, fat, animals in the field. One of the thinkers named it a cow, and found out that they could get a drink called milk from it.
Then one of the thinkers made a hypothesis. He had noticed that there were a lot more plant in the field, where there was more light, and less plants in the forest, where the trees blocked out a lot of light. His hypothesis was that where there was more light, plants grow better. He was not quite sure why, but he decided hat he would run some tests on the topic.
After the group had returned to their tribes, the man had a major breakthrough.
He had figured out how to grow a plant!
His hypothesis proved right, but he also figured out some other important things. Plants not only needed light, but they also needed water, and to plant a plant, you needed a seed. Now they could grow their own plants, close to their home. Thinking is wonderful, why isn’t everyone a thinker?
